i'm an accountant but by my language ( arabic) my english isn't good can i have a job in this title or can i find another job like driver ?

Language is a very important factor. The embassy will also assess it and often deny the work permit application due to lack of Language skills. I suggest you start taking English classes with a private teacher if possible.
