HAVE ANY IDEA WHEN THE DELETED NOC CODE WILL AGAIN BE INCLUDED??????????

Dear Seniors,

Have any idea next when the deleted NOC lists will again be included in Canadian Gadget?
We are some ill fated applicants who got rejection recently by V.O but don't have any chance to reapply again under New NOC List.

So, we lost everything but HOPE and preparing ourselves to apply again but don't know when Our NOC's will come in to effect...

Nobody can guess when the NOC list changes next and what will be the additional or removed NOC from the current list. May be your wait is for another couple of years. Alternatively you may want to explore employment in Canada route

As per my knowledge usually it takes atleast 5 years.
But again depend upon the current requirement they may change accordingly.

the door of opportunity to go to Canada is now beyond my dream
or there is any way except studentship/arrange employment ?

You never know what will be included and excluded in the new list, it depends on the economic situation & professions which are demanding.........

dont wait for the inclusion of professions. Try to find a job in canada and get your immigration accordingly

Looking for a job is one option. If you are married, maybe your spouse can qualify now as the primary applicant.

If you are qualified and manage to get employment letter from canada-HRDC then you can apply for PR.

If you are qualified and manage to get employment letter from canada-HRDC then you can apply for PR.

it has been written in CIC.Gc that the list will be revised every year,,,,new list and CAP amount will be declared on 1St july every year

Just a guess: when they are done finalizing all pending applications which were buried under the grave for years now. This is in the first place the very purpose of the recent changes of the immigration rules.

this is the link,,,u can see under the heading of NOTE,,it is clearly mentioned that the cap is for one year,,,,so the next changes will be effective from 1 July 2011,,,,so do not lose hope,,,,Canada can not stop immigrating people all of a sudden
