what if my sponsor came to visit and we started going out/got engaged after they had arrived, would I still put that as a visit of during our relationship?

Yes because its still a relationship...even after your married, it will still be part of the relationship

She came to visit as a friend, and we started going out during her first and only visit here, I wasn't sure if it counted. thanks
