I am working in U.S for last 2 years in JAVA and J2EE technologies as a team lead.

what are your job duties as a team lead ?..... This is very crucial.

If you go through the NOC 0213 main duties or job responsibilities you would come to know what they are looking for and in case if you have any points which are matching the job duties and responsibilities you can give it a try.......
