Has anyone had success with a lawyer?

Hi All  -

I said after our second visitor visa refusal I would lay it to rest and wait until we are ready to apply for permanent residency.  But I am beside myself frustrated and confused that we have gone above and beyond trying to show our applications have been sincere and genuine but we still get refused. (we've applied 2 times for a visitor visa)

My BF and I live in Mexico, i hold a permanent residency card here and he is a citizen.  We just want to go to Canada for 3 weeks to visit my family and for him to MEET my family.. We've been together for 1.5 years and Skype chats with my family are getting old.

Has anyone been denied and sought legal advice with success?

You and your boy friend lives in Mexico. You have permanent residency card for which country, Mexico ? What's your nationality ? Explain the reasons for denying  a visa for second time.
