Hi,
I submitted my application for sponsorship of my husband in August,  and have been approved on the Canada side and Quebec side.  Now, it's been 3 months since the application has gone to Haiti, and we have not heard anything.  From looking at the processing times for Haiti, they seem to be the longest of any country.  Has anyone dealt with this embassy in the past?  Any helpful hints on how to speed up my application.  I have already contacted my MP and the person handling immigration matters at her office said that there is nothing he can do at this "early" stage.
