Returning to Canada

My daughter was born in Canada, but after 2 years we left  Canada. If my daughter wants to enter or come back to canda, does she needs to pay something? and what documents does she needs to present. She was out of the country for 6 years already.

She just needs a Canadian passport.  Isn't 8 a little young to travel on her own?
