           I recently applied for Canadian PR under NOC 2147, whihc matches to my job profile. I would like to know my chances of getting Canadian PR, has any one recieved PR under this category or been rejected if so, what was teh reason mentioned.

Well it is not on the "list" so unless you have an AEO or are working in Canada, you probably will be refused if you applied after 28/02/08.  http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/media/backgrounders/2008/2008-11-28a.asp
