sorry Bahar, but the Canada immigration is a very long process and can take from 5 to 8 years. Plus they ask for documents that a real refugee finds hard to provide. as such the CIC canada web site has all the details, but you will have to spend a lot of time there to figure out what to do. Do you have any family or friends in Canada ? they are usually the best source of info. good luck!

I don't agree with the answer complications has given you.  If you are living in Iran because you were displaced or somehow affected by tragedy in Afghanistan, you could try reading your options at cic.gc.ca.  As I understand it, Afghani people are minorities who face poverty and sufferring if widowed family living in Iran.  Perhaps you could research the refugee claimant and other immigration options that might be available to you.  Of course I do agree with complications that it's a long process, but certainly so are the days when families are without food and running water and etc.
