Hey,

Please don't believe your consultant completely. Once you recieve your PPR and other documents request, the letter or e mail will contain all the required information. For example when I recieved my e mail for PPR, it has two options for sending my passports to Seattle visa office. One option was to take the passports in person at a specified time and other was to send it by e mail Infact the instructions also mentioned about how to send it via mail. So don't worry. Just wait for that letter or e mail and then decide what to do. I hope you get my point.

Hi Daash,

NDVO does not have the option of hand delivery of any documents including Passport.
