HALIFAX student can apply for PR/Work permit after one year

hey friends,

Currently ,  I am doing my master program in HALIFAX,NS Canada its two years degree program and i want to know can i apply for Permanent Residence or work permit after one year? (like in Ontario you can apply for PR during your studies).

Please suggest me what i need to do as live in HALIFAX as study Permit (International Student).

1.  It depends on the school whether it is in this list.  : http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/study/institutions/participants.asp#ns
2.  If it is, and you have reasonable marks, you can apply for an office campus work permit after 6 months which allows you to work part time during the school year, and full time during breaks.
3.  If you graduate and get a skilled job after graduation, you can apply under PNP Nova Scotia after 3 months. http://novascotiaimmigration.ca/immigrants/immigrating-to-ns/international-graduate
