Doc's Request.: Sent CIC : Dec 2009, Buffalo : March 2010 2nd AOR April 2010
AOR Received.: Yes back "In-Process" Nov 2010 before in oct 2010
IELTS Request: NO, but submitted
File Transfer...: Yes CIO to Buffalo To LA (12/01/2011)
Med's Request: Waiting....
Med's Done....: Waiting..
Passport Req..: Waiting...
VISA ISSUED...: Waiting......
LANDED..........: God Knows...!!

Hi to all.
I want to know, my employer apply for my H1B and he is issuing me experience letter , but one line is in that Manage IT department and organize IT department is making problem for me as NOC 0213, I am managing it but he not mentioned in the my H1B sponsorship employement offer.
my question is, Canadian govt. when processing my file, they will mach my experience with my applied H1B employement letter?
or they are doing nothing just look on the Experience certificate and start processing for next step?

It is quite likely if your experience letter doesn't contain any management duties, then CHC will probably decide that you don't have experience in 0213

thanks but manage IT department is issue for me, but I am manage IT technicians team, manage expenses , budget for IT etc is mentioned in my job role in experience letter. so I guess its enough!!! what u say PMM.
and hey I heared for USA H1B holders mostly Interview is waived off... is it true...
