Guys,

I applied for Alberta Nominee Program in Feb'09 from US.
I have received my Employee File No : 7913-XX-XXXX.
Now I am back to India b'cz of recession.

In this case, What will happen to my application ? Is it reject ?

Please let me know on this.

If you applied before Feb 19, you do not need to maintain your H1-B status after the submission of your application. If you applied after Feb 19, you must maintain H1-B status until nomination.

application should be received at AINP on or before 19th Feb. the file number email will show you what date the application was received.
