Friends,

Follwoing are my timelines:
Pre-Assessment Sent: 11/11/2008
Recipt Confirmation recieved by me: 11/12/2008
Application Recieved by PNP office: 01/15/2009
File Number recieved by me: 02/11/2009
Phone inquiry received by me: 04/07/2009

After I received phone inquiry on 04/07/2009 (they asked for my paystub), I did not get any communication after that. Is there anything wrong? Anyone who has already got nomination after phone inquiry pls tell me how long it took after the inquiry.

They are working on it. Just one program official doesn't finalise the certificate. It is a two level process. They will send many certificates together like credit card/Bank statements and many people will get certificate on same day. In File number process, last week many people got file number on same day, On Feb 20, few people got file number together on same day..

Does anyone know when the last nomination was issued. I read somewhere in the forum that there is a limit to the number of PR's that Alberta can issue. Has the quota limit reached?Huh

I believe Albertagoverner is completly right about this. For the conversation you guys have had over the phone and the one I had, I got the Impression they are waitint to reach decision on several applications and then send them all in a bundle. It makes no sense if they do it, but it seems that way.

I don't see that being over-efficient is going to make an impact on their decision making (yet). Now, maybe when 100 of you set up a trend of doing this then probably they'll make this (sendning paystubs again and again at every step of the decision making process, currently they ask for it if they need it ... right?) a standard procedure and a requirement as well... like what happened in case of giving two or three supporting docs showing willingness to stay in Alberta (as many many of us wanna be Canadians kept asking if we could move out of AB once we apply through AINP and immigrate to Alberta).... So how about... have a 7 Up and chill... or is it Sprite.. Wink

Why do you want to send a paystub - didnt you send it originally with the application.

If you have send back then, You do not need send anything untill they ask. Don't send anything untill they ask, Even if you didn't send then don't send untill they call you because initially they were also accepting contracts and reference letter as proof of current employment.
