H1B - Alberta PNP File Number / Certificate Timeline

I received my file no. on feb 19th my file no. is 566. I havent heard anything from Alberta people yet. Also I didnt send my paystubb during application and they have never asked for it. Should I send the paystubb now. And how do i send it do i fax it or by mail?

I think you should try it..but that's just my 2 cents. Send them the latest one and something from a year or so ago via email (check the website). Hopefully, they get back to you with good news.

narsanna, it looks like you just missed the feb bus. see the time line below. his application reached alberta 2 days before yours. as soon as they start releasing the next lot of nominations, you'd be one of the first ones.

I just got my nomination today =). I'm in NOC 2171

My timeline is:
Sent pre-assessment - Nov. 2
Preassessment approval received - Dec 5 (dated Nov. 19)
Alberta received application - Dec. 15
File Number emailed - Jan. 9
AINP approval received - Feb 9 (dated Jan 21)
File # 517

  Atleast the good news is that Canada intends to maintain it's immigration levels of upto 250000 for 2009. Below is the link

Hopefully Alberta will start issuing nomination certificates soon. I believe the last nomination certificate was for file number 517 and was issued on Jan21

i believe information for indium sulfide is incorrect. he did start with pre-assessment. however, he jumped the gun in jan and sent a fresh application. then, in feb he got his invitation letter. he effectively abandoned his pre-assessment efforts. hence, it should read as a 'N' for the 3rd column. the 'Y' is throwing the numbers off and making AINP look bad as far as FIFO is concerned, kinda like USCIS

So far 8 people posted their file numbers in this forum in last couple of days. There appears to be a weird pattern in the order of processing. I know it is too early to try to come to any conclusion while tons of applications are pending. But let us see if there is a connection between NOC and the file numbers. My guess is IT based NOCs are sidelined for now. So can you guys please post your NOC codes also.

for your application dates:
your file number does not fit between despoimmigrant and Flori (avec pre-assessment)
it does fit between manny and jpravelo (sanc pre-assessment)

whether you like it or not, your application seems to have been treated like a fresh application. that is the only rational explanation.
is there any other discrepancy in this list?
