I received a call from pnp office today that they are looking at my file and that I need to send them my recent pay stubs because I relocated from California to Pennsylvania.

They also asked if I'm still working with same employer or not.

Pre-Assessment Sent: 11/11/2008
Recipt Confirmation recieved by me: 11/12/2008
Application Recieved by PNP office: 01/15/2009
File Number recieved by me: 02/11/2009

I also sent out my Current Paystub today By fax :)

This current pay stub thing keeps me worried. Why are they asking for it from people in old process?? I got laid off and I don't want to explain/argue with them to tell them their own rules.

Mike053,

I guess they are just following up with people who have informed AINP about any changes, eg shyli moved from CA to PA. Don't worry. Even if you have to plead your case politely, if they ever ask you , it should not be a big deal. Don't kill yourself with these fictitious problems. Deal with it, if and when you have to. Cheers buddy!

When did they ask you for paystubs ? How did they contact you: email or phone ? Did they give any reason, why they are asking for your current pay stub ? Pls. give more details so that we can have a better picture of why they are asking recent pay stubs for folks in old process.

Hello AINP Aspirants,

I applied through the old process and here is my timeline

Pre-Assessment - 12/20/2008

Invitation received - 02/01/2009

Application submitted - 03/02/2009

Alberta received - 03/03/2009

Does any one know, how long its taking for folks under the old process ?

Kindly shed some light, appreciating your advise.

They are recieveing exceptionally high volume of applications. They also forgot to impose 100$ application fees on each applicant so they can hire extra officers to process applications fastly. Therefore it is better to forget about Pre-Assessment.

I did not inform AINP about any changes. Neither i had any changes till date.

In my first post i had mentioned that i had issue with my application. They just did formal inquiry same time by asking those question. But after reading few comments on this forum i seen few people have been asked to submit their recent paystubs. they did not ask me directly but i see no harm sending my current paystub before they even ask for it. thought that would speed up my process little faster. So instead of waiting for them to call me again and request my paystub i decided to send it anyways.
