my application for Alberta is still pending, it was received on 07/14/2009. Now I received a CSQ for quebec.

so what is better? CSQ is good for a year. should I wait for AINP? is alberta better that Quebec? I am very basic in French.

If i go to quebec, can i move anywhere in Canada?

Please advise!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Gurus,

Who landed on AINP and came back, I need a piece of advice:

- Can you get the PR card if you stay longer in canada lets say for 30 days.
- While coming back to US on H1BAVR do the US care if you landed in canada (even though you have a pending 485).
- Which option is better to have H1B Stamped and then come back or just use AVR.

Thanks in advance.

Regards

Hi

If you can process both of them parallely without any issues, then better do that. Drop the other one after whichever lands you Canada first..

Hi, all:

I have a question about AINP H1B track.

I filed my application in April 2009 and got file no. in August 2009.

I resigned from my job to join my husband in the end of 2009, therefore I lost my H1B status. AINP requested the documents in Feb. 2010. Of course, I could not send them the required documents.

Now I found a new job in my husband's place and the new employer will sponsor me for my H1B. In this case, can my case be re-activated? or I have to file a new application?

I was sooooo depressed by just missing the chance in Feb, 2010. Embarrassed

Does anyone have the similar situation?

Thank you soooooooooooo much  Smiley

Hi
If you cross by land, then it is better that you return within 30 days.
There is no guarantee that you will receive the PR Card in about 30 days.
H1BAVR or H1B Stamping - Should not make much difference. But having a valid H1 Visa on the Passport my ease your future travels.
