Sorry to hear for rejection of your application,So all these days you have been in US or out of US.U know I am also in the same boat and more over one thing r u application is pre- assessed even your application received before Feb 19th as my docs reached after 19th Feb so i also now think of other options.

Sorry to hear about you now my concern is I am having same situation Coz I just recived my file nos but my H1 is going to expired soon So dont know what to do Is any one out there help me to find any option.  |

the other day when I was talking over the phone with AG, he said he will be giving a holla to the ministry on improving job prospects in Alberta especially for south asians, not sure if he got a chance to speak with them yet due to his busy schedule and the amount of time he spends on this forum helping other folks for obtaining a PR in his province.
rezendgi, i just remembered that i owe you one. i got in touch with the ministry and they have reserved a position for you. |

Hi Jasper, You are not going to believe this but I got my nomination today...FINALLY. After all the wait...I just give God all the glory, because without Him, I do not know how I would have survived this LONG wait. Especially when others were getting their nominations 2 weeks after document request. Mine came 2 months after document request and 1 month and 10 days after nomination date. The nomination envelop was post marked February 8th, 2010.
