Hi Joshi, based on ur earlier post and your signature. I am confused that what ur actual application date. And also ur file number is looks like as you applied in march and not april. So what is ur actual application date. you can get this from the mail you recieved from AINP regarding your fileno. Application sent : 25 March
File number recieved : 10 August
I too sent it in the same time frame 25 Mar to 7 Apr. (I do not know the exact date as I applied through agent)
Recieved file number on Aug 11. I am hoping to get something from Alberta.

I have applied through a consultant. the applications that they have on their website dont allow me to save the filled part on my machine, all i can save is the blank application with no changes...
Nope. You need to print it out and then scan it if you wish to save a soft copy. It's pretty much standard with any official forms. At least the form is 'fillable'  |

a i was able to do so using foxit reader as well. thanks for the advice though. Bibo

try downloading cute pdf -- this allows you to print to pdf -- see if that helps -- or get adobe acrobat (not the reader), the full version .. is there any place where i can find the applications that i need to submit to buffalo where i can save them on my computer?

Hi All,
I have applied for AINP on May 5th , my application has reached on 8th May, i have a question ,
At the time of the application my wife was on H1-B , but she changed her status to H4 in July, i did not get my File no till now,
but i was wondering if i should update the AINP about my wife's change of status although she is not the Principal Applicant.
any suggestions are welcome,

You must update to AINP. Any change in employment status, spouse, life, birth, status, martial status should be updated to AINP. |

I did pre-assessment and applied back in Feb last year, in H1-b status, and still waiting for doc request. My lawyer said he called but AINP won't provide status updates unless the case is over 12mo. So I am still waiting. Any updates from Preassessment folks who applied back in Jan/Feb timeframe? Any doc requests or nominations? Did anyone try to call AINP for further information?
