Here's my timelines.
NOC: 2171
Pre-Assessed : Dec 08
Application send: 2nd week of Feb, 09
Received file number in last week of June: email saying the application was received on March 23, 2009 (which is quite strange as application was received by Alberta in Feb 2nd week itself)
No communication from Alberta since then.
Can you please tell me the date which AINP informed you formally as receiving your application in the email they sent you the file number??

Yeah. It is valid untill May19th PostMarked application. They updated the NOC List on May19th and removed 2171. I have sent exactly on May19th. I don't know anyone fall on the same page. |

My docs reached 19th Jan 2009 (no pre-assessment) and file number was created on 3rd March and emailed to me in May. Just got off the phone with AINP; they have been telling that docs reached in March. I am out of H1B. It is very clear now that case is going to be rejected. FYI |

looking_4_pr, One of my friend got email from AINP saying that, they received the application post date on May 19th. He is also waiting for File#. Good luck |

Sain so in the e-mail in which you got your file number does it say that AINP received your application in March or in Jan???. As for me it clearly states in my e-mail in which I got my file number that my application reached on Jan 27th 2009 |

VK, have you submitted any Offer letter to Alberta Employer?? Applied Date: April 24th 2009.
File # Recieved Date: 06/26/09
Documents Request Date: 01/21/09.
Who ever updates, please do. Same time i have a question. I got email on Jan 21st 2010 for docs request and last date reply is Feb 22nd 2010. I think it should be Jan 22nd 2010. Could any one tell me, if ppl are getting one day dead line or 1 month.
