If you have filled your e-mail mail in application i think u ll get mail, may be communication address will be lawayer so packet he may receive..
check with your lawyer,..
because u r the next most eligible person to get mail now .. as per as timelines.

Hi CanadaThruAINP, I am exactly in the same boat as you.I had sent my application in Feb 09 as well, received my file# in June 09 and nothing after that.I see that people who actually applied in March and April 09 have already received their nominations.Not sure whats going on. Lets see if there are others in the same situation as us. |

It seems like the nomination process is going a bit slowler than the time guideline published by AINP.
I applied in July 2009, no file # yet. Funny thing is I received an e-mail requesting additional docs.
If anyone applied in July and received your file number, please respond.

Hello CANADAthruAINP and Illusionist,
I am in exactly the same boat as you people are. I applied through old process (NOC: 2171), preassessment in Dec 2008, and complete package sent on Feb 12, 2009. I received the file number in last week of June, 2009 and strangely the letter said that AINP received my application on March 23rd, 2009. Since then no communication from AINP.
Can you please inform on the letter with ur file number, what is your Application Receipt date ??, as mine is March 23rd, even when AINP received my application in second week of Feb, 2009.

I just got one standard e-mail from AINP acknowledging reception of my application and saying it may take 12 years for some applications to be processed. But no file number. Even I am curious to know if any July applicant received File#. Since they asked you for additional documents, may be they are looking into your application.
