Guys and gals  wht hpnd today no update on Nomination.Any one received today or not................... please update.  Hi bibo,
My husband is also on H4. He put 'None' in SSN field for FBI fingerprinting. So you can put either that or N/A.

me and my wife are going to submit fingerprints for the California state clearance as well as fbi clearance.
but since my wife is on h4 visa she doesn't have ssn nor california driver license.
will that be a problem? what did you guys put in those 2 fields. what about the field on the FBI card for SSN? what did you guys put there?
please advise.

SSn & DL are optional in California PCC...they have mentioned very clearly that :"Name, date of birth, and M/F are mandatory fields and must be provided. All others are optional" In FBI they have written : "Obtain a set of your fingerprints (original card, no copies). Your name and date of birth must be provided on the fingerprint card" ...they did not mention anything about SSN here. So i dnt think SSn is a must. |

ISN'T FBI CLEARANCE ENOUGH?
the canadian immigration site states state might be requested if they deem necessary
why people are doing state clearance...any reason? or just to get allt hings done and out of the way? for future ?

Freeradical are you still in the US or out of H1B status. Guys like me, divagirl, grewals and redstar are out of H1B status but since our application reached before Feb 19th we are hoping that we qualify!!!! and that AINP issue us our nomination
I sent a mail long back, but have not heard from them till now. Can you please tell me what number I will have to call to ask about the status of my application. Thanks. |

Hello All,
Glad to know that AINP is active even in the hopeful new year...
I have a concern about my address change. I have applied for AINP through a lawyer. I waswondering if I should send address update to AINP through my lawyer or I can send it on my own.
Will there be any violation if I send it on my own.

Yes, I got my nomination on Jan 14 (Dated Jan 4). I am sorry I couldn't update forum about it. Mabobine, did you get your nomination Yet? Among all the doc request for december you are one of the oldest 12/08/09.

I sent an email to Buffalo asking if I can send my application without FBI PCC
this is what they replied...
"Thank you for your enquiry.
We do not offer individual counselling nor can we provide assistance in completing your application form.
You must follow the instructions in the application kit. If you are unable to supply any required documents or information, please enclose a detailed explanation.
