Bibo,
What i understood abt the process is after applying and clearing your Medicals. CIC will request for your passport to stampo a visa on which the expiry is in 1yr. So u have to land in Canada before that expiry.  Which can be a 5 day vacation to canada. and I guess u can land anywhere in Canada. once there u have to apply for your PR card, SIN and health insurance to be sent to a local address (u r friends address). You have to be in Canada for 2 yrs  in 5 yrs from the date on your PR Card.

So , after you visit canada you will have 3 yrs to be anywhere in the world to keep your PR status current.

Now Alberta gave you the nomination in good faith assuming you will make Alberta home and build its economy and they will contact you to see how it is working for you.  But you will have the freedom to move anywhere.

thanks; should I include him as 'Accompany Member' and add his fee without notifying AINP or inform AINP to include him in the certificate and then send the complete package to CIC

So how long would it take to get the PR card, SIN and health insurance?

thanks for your help and information

US doesn't prejudice if you have interest in going to any other country.

Its not like "I don't like u now" thing

u r US visa processing is accepted and rejected as long as you follow USCIS set conditions

Hi guys,

I got my nomination on 12/18/2009 however AINP sent my docs to law firm and copy of the letter to me. I sent them email on 12/20/2009 and told them I didn't hire any law firm and please send docs to me on my current address. They said, they will process my request in 3 business days after 2 weeks again I asked them they gave me the same answer and now last week again I asked them they gave me the same answer. What should I do? I am really upset they made a mistake and It seems like they don't have time to send me package again.

Please advise me.

Thanks

If you didn't hire that law firm, then ask that firm to send the nomination packet to you. It belongs to you, not to the law firm.
