send the signed acknowledgment form by Fax, Email or postal

Good morning friends,
As I received my nomination recently, I faxed the acknowledgment form to 1-780-427-6560 today from the hotel that I am staying temporarily here. It said it went OK.

I still want to double check. Do I need to enter any other code (like country code etc) in the above fax number? My opinion is Canada's code is same as USA which is "1" and so I should be right. Please advise what you think.

Thanks.
