This is very good news. It means that they are issuing nominations past the beginning of the new year. I was afraid that the flurry of activity we saw in November and December was an attempt to use up a quota before the end of the year, rather than a real policy decision to move ahead with the program, but this appears to be the real thing. My NOC is also 2173 and my application date is about a month later than yours, but I have not received any document request. Still, seeing your entry gives me hope. Good luck to all of us! |

Hi Chinga, Given Babuganess case, I hink AINP is not considering out of H1 cases even though their applications reached AINP before feb 19th 2009?But in Babuganesh case, recept date was of March that may be the reason. Did u check with AINP lately abt your status? Grewals |

Its so stupid, y Cant you guys really go thru the forum... how to apply for PCC how to apply for birthcertificate how to apply for Fbi Simply every body is asking the same questions without going thru the forum....  From the way you write English, it looks like you never completed college. I wonder how you are going to claim points for your education? People can ask anything they want here, that is why the forum exists. I suggest that you start working on 3 things. (1) Learn manners. (2) If you don't know the answers, keep quiet. (3) Last but not the least, LEARN ENGLISH and recheck the number of points you claim for your education. |

From the way you write English, it looks like you never completed college. I wonder how you are going to claim points for your education? I received my nomination letter today. It was just a copy of the nomination letter, the packet was mailed to Cohen (my lawyer).
