After u apply for Alberta nomination any changes in your personal/ work life you have to comminicate that info to Alberta.
u have to keep alberta updated untill you land in Alberta.

Did you get your nomination already ?? or you have just applied ? because, I think it doesn't make much of a difference .. you can just communicate over to Alberta about your status .. Hi Guys,
I have moved to new apartment two months back but i didnt update the AINP till now mean while I have sent my H1b status and paystubs with old apartment adress. (they didnt request me but my h1b got expried so i sent my extension petition and recent paystub). Today i sent my new apatment adress and I called AINP and I told them this is the situation. Plz let me know whether you guys sent my nomination or not. they told me we cant check ur status now. But I updated in USPS for forwarding my mails to new address two months back itself. Now How can I track my status whether I got nomination or not. Did any one faced this problem??
Plz guys help me how can i find my status ??

Hi Prakash, I totally understand your situation and I know its soo frustrating where you can not find out any details and its so important for your life. They always give half answers and sometime evern before you start to tell your reason they starts with their standard script. 1. I got my nomination on Dec11th but it was dated 30th Nov.Just today 4th Jan only I send(faxed) the PN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FORM.But its been said that we need to send this form with in 30 days. Does it will have any impact on my nomination.
2. When we apply for Nomination we filled CIC Forms signed,dated.Do we need to send those forms or can we fill new ones with new date?
My son's passport got expired and planning to get new one soon, so we have to update the forms with new details? What you guys advise.

Hi Virgo, I have just faxed them my ack form today.I think that you should be fine.I assume they would consider the postal delays as well. I've heard that people are emailing them attached ack form too.But which email address,probably to person who requested the document.But funny thing is there is no reply back that they have received the ack form. Dear Fellas,
First of all warm wishes for New Year. I hope you all had a great time.
Here I am writing to bring you some good news. I was asked for H1 update, Paystubs and any status change if I have.
I sent my updates on Dec 9th. Till now no news. On Monday 4th 2010 I sent a mail to the person who asked me the documents.
She respond to my mail stating below.
Dear XYZ..!
Happy New Year to you too.
Your certificate has been issued and you should receive it sometimes in January.
So lets keep our hopes alive.
Wish you all good luck in new year.

Yes I am on H1B. I got visa extended for 3 years on Aug 2009. Royalheart are you still in H1B status. Congrats on being nominated

I applied on April 15 and I recived my file number on 4 july. No response since than. my NOC : 2171.Waiting for the DOC request still as from the forum they are requesting the doc before nomination. I am still on H1 B.
Applied on : April 15 2008.
File Number date: July 04 2008.
Doc Request: waiting...

Hi Virgo, Can you post the details like what they mentioned in that nomination approval document and what all documents we need to prepare. This will help our folks to save some time. We can be prepared with all required documents and Native PCC and State and Federal PCC and if any bank statements required.
