I meant to say I sent my docs by myself directly to AINP and I didn't submit any form and mention name of my representative and AINP always send me emails directly however I don't know from where this lawyer came from ?
Then you better contact AINP and tell them. Maybe there was a mixup. Contact them so they can rectify it and send you your whole package. |

Why would you call the lawyer's office, if you have never had any kind of contact with the lawyer? If it were me, what I would do is contact AINP. |

They have done this to me and my friends, somehow they findout the people applied for AINP and send this kind of nomination looking letter. (Just like credit card company sending almost real looking credit card for promotion !!! ) |

Hello folks..
I received my nomination today. Applied on Jan last week 2009 and received file no. on may 15.. No document request, no inquiry at all. Now I am seeking advice from guyswho received the nomination already , do we have to sign and send the acknowledgement sheet back to AINP... Please let me know.... I will catch you on other topic on the forum too....

Its great that you got it with out the Doc Request. I know the frustration of waiting. Check email every day in hope of file # but nothing, its being 81 days since I sent my application and nothing.

Hi All, I received my nomination today  Following are my details NOC : 2171 Nomination Date : Nov 30th 2009 Received : 21st Dec 2009 File # : 9xx I wanted to know from senior members did anybody send the acknowledgment back via Fax. Also I have recently moved to a new address and already informed AINP about it however I still received the package at my old address. guys
don't give up... I thought I wud not end up with nomination since I didn't got any request but i received nomination ... Although I am holding H1B and had most up to date pay stub...... God bless to all who are currently in H1B or not....because I can feel the pain. I was almost laid off but survived in the last week couple of months back although I am not an employer of desi company or a consultant./// Full support to those who are not in H1b... Ainp should keep their words for prior feb 19 candidates........
