I sent an email yesterday requesting the status of my nomination.

I recieved a reponse this morning that reads

" You will receive your nomination in the new year.
Regards,
Officer name"

Does that mean I will receive the letter before 31 January 2010

It means you will recv the nomination anytime between Jan 01, 2010 and Dec 31, 2010

While I was waiting for document request, the nomination package came in straight.  Seems like I am the only one in this forum that got nomination without request of additional document.

Hi,

I just got my nomination letter only (no package) and letter is a copy of orignal letter and on the top after my name they mentioned the c/o name and address of David Cohen (lawyer). I don't understand why they mentioned his name. I didn't hire any law firm I completed the full application by myself. Please advise me ?

What do you mean you didn't hire a lawyer?  You obviously had some contact with David Cohen...didn't you?  And you got only the copy because your originals were sent to David Cohen.

I meant to say I sent my docs by myself directly to AINP and I didn't submit any form and mention name of my representative and AINP always send me emails directly however I don't know from where this lawyer came from ?
