I am aslo under 2173, applied on mar 24th. I haven't received any communication regarding doc request. What is u r time line?

Hi There,
I am I applied for AINP under 2171. Here below are my timelines.

12/11/2008 (Dec 11th) sent for Pre-Assessment.
12/12/2008 Got Acknowledgement.
01/15/2009 Got Application Packet from Alberta to send filled application.
01/31/2009 Sent Filled Application through FedEx. Pasted Green Slip on FedEx Cover
03/23/2009 Employee File Number:  XXXX-XX-0783 Received.
19/11/2009 AINP sent mail to fax H1 Document and Pay-Stubs :    mail got deleted as part of SPAM
08/12/2009 Special Officer sent final warning to close the file if not responded by 15th Dec.   - - Reacted quickly and sent FAX and Scan Mail.

09/12/2009 Got confirmation mail about the receipt of documents

Since then staying fingers crossed.

Did any one in similar lines and got nominations in recent one or two days.

it is good u received confirmation mail because i dnt think they usually send confirmation ...atleast u know for sure they have it now!

I specifically asked my officer to send me an acknowledgement as soon as I sent it and I got the ack reply almost immediately... you have to do that, otherwise how will you know they received your documents or not...part of official and important communication decorum.

What happen if some gets laid off from job after getting AINP nomination ? Can he / She have this process from home country ?
