I got a request for documents yesterday

question: for A copy of your current and valid H1B Visa or I-797 Notice of Approval

can I just send them my copy of valid visa and not send the I-797..... or should I send the I-797 and not the visa, or have to send both???
will it suffice just to send the H1B visa?

Hi Divagirl,

I am not in H1B status. I got request for documents on Nov. 19th. My application reached AINP end of Jan 2009. They had said that any applicant whose application reached before Feb 19th had to be in H1B status only at time of application. We will have to wait and see if they keep their word!!!

Guys,

Does it make sense to work on FBI...PCC docs after the nomination or after document request from AINP.
How long it takes to prepare FBI and PCC doc ?
Please advise !.
