Hey All,
I am an aspiring Alberta immigrant too..below are my timelines so far:
Preassesement completed-11/7/08
Invitation sent- 11/7/08
Application with documents posted to Alberta- 12/16/08
Confirmation of docs recd-1/14/09
File # recd- 2/11/09----
My file # is XXXX-XX-X655 and I reviewed the previous posts and found "shiny" & "sirsmak" having similar timelines as me. If you both and anyone else can share updates, that would be great.

The 2 digits before the last 4 numbers(X655) of your file # are 08 or 09? Just wanted to compare how AINP is assigning file # order.

when did ainp receive your application?
my time line was ahead of yours by a few days - i have posted my time line in this forum. i received my certificate in feb. you should get yours soon.

i found one more changes in after FEB 19 2009....
ANIP 0009 (2009/02) was the version of Application....Latest....
Check if any one send sending your application after Feb 19 2009 then ANIP 009 application should be Version (2009/02) not (2008/12)..
You can see this version once you open the ANIP 009 Form at footer of the document......
I send my Application March 03 2009
Reached Application March 06 2009

Hi 6SigmaMBB You received the file number# in a month 5 days after they received your AINP application? thats cool. I think you are the first person to receive the file number# that soon as of now in this forum. Good luck Hey Nomad,

Latest version of Application was sent to AINP by fedex on 9th March 2009
Application was delivered to Edmonton on 10th March 2009
Waiting to hear from AINP on recipt number.

I went through the pre-assessment process..scroll up to see my timelines..
I went through preassesment, and my application was received by AINP on Jan 22. I didn't get anything yet. You are definitely one lucky guy.... :-) |

What is the last reported application number that has received nomination?
My file number was 516, and I got nomination. My AINP application reached them on 12/15/08.
