H1B - Alberta PNP File Number / Certificate Timeline

Hi Chinga
   I didnot got any info and more over for NOC 2171 I think they providing nomination who are on H1 has see in this forum  who got nomination they are on H1 only,So i lost hope in the system.I visiting this forum to see whom the luckiest guys  getting the nomination after waiting for almost 9 months to 1 year.

Since you are now in India, did you give them your India Address for mailing the nomination ??

I think that is the reason for the delay as it may take longer by post.

Yes I updated them with my new India address. We will have to wait and see what happens. last time I talked to them back in August, they said I should be fine. Lets wait and see what happens

Folks,
I think they are processing the applicants who are still in H1-B first.
Then, if there is available nomination quote, then they will consider other applicants who are not on H1 B.
If they don't wanna to consider our application why they want to request other docs.
I am waiting until the final decision come up.

Hey guys,
   I think you're also with the same law firm I applied with (cohen). I only got the first 2 sheets of the nomination, but they did not send me the application that I need to back to AINP within 30 days. They want payment first. Is anyone who applied on their own, who have received the full packets willing to scan the document and posting it so we can see what it looks like? if it is a simple form, then I can just put my file # on it, and my info and send it, no?

    They are asking for every body for additional documents to test wheter we are still on H1 or not if so they want to keep reject the application which we applied earlier and provide nomination to fellow applicants who are in H1 thats it.
