Hi Chinga
I have quick question r u still on H1.As i am out of H1 i doubt for me for nomination even though i was pre-assessed has my second application was sent after Feb 19th, they will make keep hold or reject my nomination and proceed with the guys with H1.

Redstar, I am not in H1. My H1B expired back in July and my company did not renew it. So I came back to India. I got my invitation back in November of 2008 and my application reached end of Jan 2009. When I asked AINP if they would consider my application they said since my application reached before Feb 19th I should be fine. We will have to wait and see what happens Chinga Cowa Banga |

Had job offer in Canada. Sent offer letter to AINP. 10 days after sending offer letter to AINP Nomination was approved.

Yeah that's correct redstar both my pre-assessment as well as full application was sent before Feb 19th, but I haven't heard anything. I am applying by myself, but am thinking if it would be worthwhile to hire an attorney. Is your attorney David Cohen? What is he saying about your case???

not true, there are many march applicants like me (I applied Mar 6th) who have not received any request for documents....and are waiting..... lets see what happens

yep he said in that fashion more over right now he is telling to get a job offer than you will get some weightage to my application, where can i get no employer is interested and he is saying get ready for other options like FSW and more over if you plan to use lawyer its waste.they don't even fight for your case because when i speak i said i got invitation then y don't we fight against the alberta govt then what he said is you need to pay sperate money for that and the money you paid is just for application but in the begining when iam planned to apply speak the guys in the firm said if you get any problem we will fight for you thats the case.
