Hi,

I have been following this thread for the last few days.
We filed for AINP PNP on Apr 15, and recd file number on aug 21. And waiting for the nomination.

We are planing to get the FBI, PCC ready.
My simple question is does FBI, PCC have to be done for everyone in the family.(Husband, wife, 2kids(US citizens)) or only for the Primary applicant..

Thx
Anitha

I don't know why AINP officers put all cases with pre-assessment at the end of the queue. We hv been waiting since almost a year, for what they promised to be FAST tracking.

I got the nomination in hand Dec 02.

Sent for state and FBI PCC today.

Indian PCC would be done at India thru contacts at upper level.

Anitha u and u r husband need to get PCC. if kids under 18 yrs old not required.

Also as some one pointed State PCC are not required at this stage they might request it after Medicals.  As I had collected all the documents to apply for PCC i just sent it. I think I might have to do it again. cause CIC needs the latest police record. what if u commint any crime after sending your application?

I applied to AINP through preassement process and recieved file number in march 19 2009.
I got married in June, never updated them about them, then they sent me email requesting the documents like other people on November 25 2009.
in my reply back i put my wife's passport copy and H4 visa and marriage certificate. but I haven't recieved any reply from them yet nor nomination, is anybody in the same boat?
will that be a problem?
please advise.

Hello All.
I sent my application on Oct 1st. got this email from AINP---

"We have experienced a higher than expected volume of applications in the U.S. Visa Holder Category.  As a result, eligible applications without a job offer from an Alberta employer may take at least 12 months to be processed.  All applications will be processed, although processing times will vary significantly depending on the volume of applications received.

This means that your application is in the queue to be processed. We encourage those who do not have a job offer to start exploring job opportunities within the Province of Alberta. Please refer to our website http://www.albertacanada.com/immigration/working/jobs.html for information regarding job opportunities in Alberta. I have also attached a listing of websites that will assist you in your job search."

Hi Canadakumar,
want to know whether you received an email asking for lastest pay stubs, H1B status and any updates? or did you receive some hard copy letter from AINP?
Thanks,

Hello Guys,

I had used an attorney from Totonto for filing my AINP. Since the firm is behaving weird, i fought with them. I would like to know if i can withdraw the attorney to represent my case & how would it impact my application processing. Or can i change the attorney? does anyone know if there is a good attorney for this?

Thanks
