I am really happy today when I open my mailbox its a big bulky brown envelope and when I took it I saw the word Alberta. I can't help an open it right in my mailbox and huraah its my nomination. The nomination was dated november 23 and it will expire May 22nd 2010. My NOC number is 2141. FYI.

Hello all,
Does any one received already there nominations and pass there applications to Buffalo without a proof of funds then succeed. I read in the Appendix A checklist the provincial nominee was not included in the proof funds only the FSW and I think Quebec also. Please enlighten me. Thank you.

Documents requested are (exact verbiage) :
A copy of any document(s) from applicant's current U.S. employer demonstrating his current job title, the main duties of his job, and the education and work experience necessary to do the job. The document(s) must be one or more of the following: job offer letter(s), employment contract(s), reference letter(s), and/or requests/petitions to USCIS for his U.S. visa. The document(s) must be on company letterhead. If you have the USCIS petition letter job description which applicant's employer used to supplement his H1B application, you can send us a scanned copy of that document. We find the petition letter your employer used to supplement the H1B application, provides us with the most detailed description of an applicant's job and qualifications. We only require a copy of this letter.

Hey looks like they are busy in providing Nomination to the candidates from Dec 08-March09. Is there any one who applied after May-June who have recieved the file #?

I got my Fingerprints done today for Michigan and California PCC, as well as for the FBI. I'd prefer to have ready just in case i got the nomination Good luck everyone.
