Guys,

I had to come back to my home country this month as I could not land into next assignment. I have a valid H1-B till jun 2011. I recd an email on 26th of Nov from AINP asking for docs which I duly sent since I have the recent pay stub. If I happen to get nominated, can I continue the process from my home country?

Please advise.

Guys,
i was going thru some other threads and timelines for ppl who applied to CIC and I see they got request to send the PCC after medicals.

Now is that because the PCC they sent with their appication got expired by the time medicals were done and they had to do it again?

Please shed light if any one knows abt it

Not sending PCCs with the application can make your application incomplete and they might return your application saying that it is incomplete. Just my thought!!!

Hey all,

I am new member of this site and you all are doing a great job of providing good info. I had applied for AINP in Feb 09 and got the file number in June 09 (xxxx-xx-1603). Couple days back I got the following from one of the program officer. I was just curios to know if any of you got a similar email or not? I have already sent them the documents requested

We are currently processing your application.  We require the following updated information/documents:

·              A copy of your most recent pay stub

·              A copy of your current and valid H1B Visa or I-797 Notice of Approval

·              Details regarding any changes to your employment situation (i.e. new job description)

·              Address update, if there have been any changes

·              Details regarding any changes to your family composition
