    The above mail is not hurt jasper or any one just i given my time line because i want know some one who had got the mail from Alberta and not on H1 and got nomination.I am looking for those type of people so i asked him to post my time line.

Hi Redstar,

I am not sure whether I fall under this category. My H1B was valid till September 2009 (5 years) and is up for renewal. I got the document request yesterday but I have received a RFE regarding my H1. I still have not received any I-797 for the renewal so I am not sure what decision AINP will take. I fall under the old process but my lawyer said that the duration regarding H1 valididty pertaining to Old/New process is a grey area where AINO is concerned. Its totally upto AINP folks to decide. So just keeping my fingers crossed and hoping that the nomination certificate comes thru.

I really don't know what you mean by full application. Reason I say this is since they sent in my "file" which got pre-assessed in November 2008 and my invitation came thru in Feb 2009. After that I sent all the rest of the documents to AINP which was submitted by March 2009. So depends on what one considers the application, the docs sent the first time in November 2008 or the docs sent AFTER the invitation in March 2009.

You might have received an email from AINP notifying your file number. Application date is mentioned in that email.
It doesn't matter when you mail your application to AINP. In my case I mailed my application in first week of Feb 09 but still I have to stick to application date which AINP declare in  "confirm receipt". Abstract from AINP email:

"This is to confirm receipt of your AINP application on March xx, 2009."
