Chalo candada, Hope is not ok ..if went to their junk mail!!. make sure your 's recived. ( bhai gujarati ma kahu to check karilevu saru) I got confirmation email today says recived. good luck. Why did u not send by email?  I emailed all docs but did not get any reply saying they got it  Hope thats OK |

all applied after Jan 01,2009 are considered as new process application. if you apply after Feb 19,2009,you should at least have your H1B visa working till the day they tell you. Just wait, personally i still believe AINP may only issue 500/year due to current economics. don't blame on AINP since all countries now are trying to stop immigrates or increase the level due to politics consideration and economics consideration. I am old applicant and i think at this time they are processing the applications whose file number date is around March 20. no matter you are old or new, usually they are processing based on file number issuing date. Ell.Bee, rezendgi and others from Old process.. Did you hear anything from AINP yet I applied in December (preassessment) and submitted on March 02 after receiving the invitation .. didn't hear anything from them ... |

Before Jan 1, 2009, applicants were required to go through pre-assessment stage. Once the pre-assessment was approved, AINP sent invitation for this program (application package) to the applicants and then they applied for nomination. After Jan 1, 2009, this pre-assessment stage became no longer necessary. Now we can just print out the application forms from AINP website and any one can apply. So those who applied through pre-assessment stage (before Jan 1) are considered as Old-Process applicants, and those who did not go through pre-assessment stage (after Jan 1) are considered as New-Process applicants. So I think you are a New-Process applicant. |
