Did anyone confirm with AINP that applicants before Feb 19th need not be in H1B status. This is what AINP had said I think when they changed the rule. I am a bit concerned !!!!!

Please help me answering following questions:

1) Are they mostly calling or emailing?
2) If they are emailing then what's on the subject matter?
3) And if they are calling then what number should we expect?
4) Also why do we see so many from March applicants. What happedned to Jan / Feb 2009 applicants?

This will help all folks who are waiting for nomination just to be more focused.

Thanks

Does anyone know how long they will take to issue nomination after we have sent the update. The only thing that AINP confirmed was that applicants before Feb 19th don't have to maintain H1B status at time of nomination

What we saw during Mar- Apr of this year was ppl would get the same email and after a month or so get the nomination by mail with the date on the letter 1 week after the email date.

What concerns me is that we dont start off another hoax and starting calling AINP left and right. And I am thinking it is a hoax because whats with the 1 business day? AINP is a government firm, not some gaming institute that says "well, u didnt enter the Lions dungeon in less than 20 seconds, too bad, your out!"
