H1B - Alberta PNP File Number / Certificate Timeline

I applied in March '09 under NOC 1111 and received file number in August.

Hi Unique12,
I applied under NOC 1111 in July. I am confused if i fell under 1111 or not. What is your job description?
I worked as an accountant for the past 3 years and changed my job title to director of reimbursement for my H1b started past october in a home medical equipment company.
do i fall under 1111?
I supervise 25 employees, analyze cash flow, hire and fire, audit files to make we are complying with governement regulations, make changes to billing office...

I am a Dec 2008, 2171 applicant and i got the email too. Given one day response time.

All who got the updates are march applicant with non-IT NOC. May be they already sent nominations to january/feb candidates??? who knows....keep fingers crossed guys....I am January applicant with 2171 noc...2171 was in the list during january....

But shouldn't they be sending out email notification first (Regarding nomination) before sending Nomination document package? Just my thought. If they would send Nomination letter directly (with out email notification) then that would be even more awesome.

It is great to hear that IT NOC applicants are also receiving the email!

And I also got the document-request email through my lawyer today. (but my NOC is 2121 and not IT-related, and I'm a March applicant)

So, according to the posts in this forum, it seems that the applicants with the following NOC codes are receiving email or call from AINP:
1111: Financial Auditors (applicant: Mar)
2121: Biologists (applicant: Mar)
2131: Civil Engineers (applicants: Mar)
2132: Mechanical Engineers (applicant: Mar)
2133: Electrical Engineers (applicant: Mar)
2134: Chemical Engineers (applicant: Mar)
2171: Information Systems Analysts and Consultants (applicant: Dec)

Congrates Guys who are getting closer and closer to the DAY of NOMINATION. I hope mine will also expedited as my NOC code is 2242 although I applied Oct 1st 2009. So for me my next target is that email in my inbox that gives me the File #.

Monday 11/16/2009 I got such a call from AINP too asking if I am still H1B working at the same company. I said yes and they asked for most recent pay stub, email or fax to them right away. He said I will hear from them after one week.

End of January 2009 application, Electronics Engineer, new process.

first of all don't point finger on admin of forum. I am confident that he is not reddy. He must be a sensible, mature person who is trying to keep forum on track. I think admin did right thing. Inviting those spicy, crunchy topics which have nothing to do with Canadian immigration or Alberta Nomination should be deleted. Because these thing keep forum on track and within scope. Otherwise same things will start happening like when some stupid senseless Governers of Alberta became member of this forum during March-April and ruined the entire scope of discussion on this forum.
