Q. Did you mean Alberta emailed you on the 24th August 2009 requesting to complete form 009A?
Yes.
Q. Did you mean Alberta received signed document on 25th August 2009?
Yes.
Assuming no more issues with forms, are we close on getting file numbers maybe this month of September?
Hoping for that Avnish.
thanks for the info, phi!...keep the faith!

AINP Occupations Under Pressure List [NOC List] was updated today (Sep 1).
213 (Computer and Information Sysytem Manager) has been removed and it seems to be the only NOC code removed from the list this time.
*The AINP website also states that "Any applications postmarked on or before September 1, 2009 will be assessed using the previous NOC list that was posted on this website at the time the Candidate submitted the application. All applications postmarked after September 1, 2009 will be assessed based on the list currently posted."
Saw the updated list, but where does it says that application before 1st September with 0213 code will be processed

Hello All, Does anyone experience this. Heres the situation. My AINP application was recieved in Alberta last April 27, 2009. Last week Alberta sent me an email below. The items mentioned below were either missing from the submission, or require(s) more information or clarification. Please read these sections carefully, and refer back to our website: www.albertacanada.com.ainp, for more detail(s) needed to help prepare a complete application.
Forms:
Original AINP 009A form - we will require an original signature in order to proceed with the application. Kindly complete page 7 of AINP009A. Be sure to include original signatures, and complete any areas that may have been left incomplete I have completed rightaway form 009A and made sure to include original signatures and everything. Fedex mailed to Alberta and get recieved confirmation on August 31, 2009. I have to questions in mind. Assuming no more issues with forms. [1] Do I need to wait for another 4 months to get file number? [2] I am close on getting file number once they review again the requested form 009A? Thanks and Regards, Avnish hi AvNish i used to romm arround this forum a lot when i applied for AINP in January 2009. I had same situation like yours. I had missed one page from the application form. officer actually called me on my cell phone and asked me to submit that missing page. i told him what are the options i have. I told him if fax would be fine he said that would be fine and i sent that form within half an hour by fax and called him again to confirm that he got it. after 15 days i got my nomination. So i assume you would be getting something within 15 days........... You may be able to find my post in this forum check page # 40 onwards. There aer plenty of posts by me with actual conversation with that officerrrrrrr....... Good Luck...........

Those who have applied after 19 Feb : IT is mandatory to maintain H1 till Alberta makes their decision i.e. nomination (is + ve decision = nomination? well... thats another question) Here is a situation (I have not received any offer but I am struggling) What if I get a job in Alberta before they make any decision? My employer is ready to sponsor my temporary work visa but wants me to join ASAP. What happens to the Alberta rule of maintaining H1?Does someone knows the answer? Or can someone please tell me the forum name where I should post it?

Dear Joshihere,
To my understanding. Once you have a job offer. AINP will issue your nomination on priority along with the letter to CIC to issue you temporary work permit. Your CIC process will continue side by side.
Regards

Sadly, no one has received nomination for over 2 months, and even some December applicants are still waiting for nominations. (The new processing time for assessment is 8+ months.) You can see the timeline of people in this forum here: http://tinyurl.com/AINP-Tracking-System

Hi Rambabu, As per AINP email, you can simply follow this: If you have a job offer that you did not include with your application, please send a copy of your job offer and job description to immigration.info @ gov.ab.ca with a subject line of "US Visa Holder Category Job Offer".By the way, what is your skillset. Do you mind sharing your NOC number? Avnish
