My take based on shyli's file number receipt: AINP is giving preference to folks who had their pre-assessment done. So if you have gone thru the pre-assessment process, you can expect your file to be treated on priority over others who sent forms under new process. Justified approach. Best of luck to all... Hi Friends Thanks for all of your replies.Luckily today i got a mail from my lawyer that i was confirmed invitation to apply for the Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (AINP).In the invitation letter they mentioned its only just an invitation to apply,it does not guarantee that you will be approved as provincial nominee. So my question is how to avoid not to get rejected from the provincial nominee and more over what are the docs i needed for providing and more over do i need to show any balance in the bank for this one.Looking for your help.
Thanks & Regards

So my question is how to avoid not to get rejected from the provincial nominee
So far we know the following are grounds for rejection: 1. Saying that you want to settle in say Toronto, other that AB. 2. Entering an NOC that does not jive with your H1-B job description.

Hi Thanks for nomad_ musafir and Alebertagoveror for your quick replies, but albertagovernor in your mail you given this statement You also need a permission letter from AINP office to apply for work permit.
1) my question is will they provide that letter if I have no employment offer from any Alberta companies.
2) Sorry for repeating my old question,My question is after Nominated for Alberta provisional program do i need to apply for federal program or can I come to Alberta directly and can i continue processing my PR from canada. If it possible how long it will take from Canada for processing, because my lawyer said for federal it will take nearly 6-9 months after i nominated .looking forward for help.
Thanks & Regards
