Also one has to realise that when AINP sent e-mails to applicants who got file numbers in March, they had mentioned 40 to 60 day timeframe. Based on this many applicants have applied for PCC's (sometimes 5 states as in my case) hoping that they would get nomination in 40 to 60 days. If timeline is changed then some PCC's may expire in which case the applicants have to re-apply for PCC's again which is quite painful as it costs time and money!!!!!

I had called them couple of months ago expressing the concern that the PCC will now expire. In their response they have suggested not to apply for PCC till the nomination is received. The timelines are just an estimate and are subject to change without notice.

Well hopefully they don't change the timeline again. I have re-applied for all my PCC's again, hoping I would get my nomination by September!!!!

Going by the regular flow of file numbers and nominations from AINP, are they supposed to release the next set of file numbers between july 15th to 20th???

I am one of those unlucky schmucks who applied on 7th march and haven't got any news Sad

I dunno if its all about luck Cheesy

Guys,

Add me in the list too.

Applied on March 5, 2009 but no file number.........Still Waiting.....!
Well In the mean time I called AINP office and talked to the lady and told her that I am already out of the time line(4 months) as mentioned on the website. She explained that there are too many applications and March cases are sent to different office and it will issue the file numbers as early as end of july......then she almost promised that the 8th month timeline to get the nomination still holds valid...........

So fingures crossed Guys.........!

Keep Sharing..........

every down turn this issue comes up. This situation is also aggravated by abuse of the system by some IT firms.

Hi,

My NOC# 2173 and I have only Job Offer Letter, I don't have any job description or detail letter. I am planning to send only this letter. I hope AINP won't ask me for anything else. Plz advise me.

AINP will most likely contact your new employer in Canada.
