I can't agree more...Looks AINP is more lottery now, rather than FIFO system. ...and there is a whole bunch of March applicants, like me, that have not got our numbers yet... I should have just relaxed and applied in April, this doesnt seem fair.

Aimchoti Do you know when did your application reached Alberta? else any approximate date? NOC ? If you don't mind please give us your last four digits of your file number. To All This kind of numbering(6XX, 1XXX, 2XXX & 3XXX,) cannot help members in the forum to track. If everyone starts saying 1XXX's or 3XXX's how would one know who received nomination recently, whether 1001 or 1500 or 1900. So i would think it is better to have last four digits posted instead of XXXX's. |

thanks dude for clearing things up..u really scared people here.. Anyways to answer your question - At the current pace, i would suggest that it may take 1.5 to 2 years for nomination(although this is not official or anything..). If there is policy change or something at AINP to issue more nominations per month, things can change. So, better hold on to your H1B till then and keep the same job responsibilities, etc... |

yes...but only god know what is actually going on at AINP. didnt hear a single nomination in 1 month. People who applied in December 2008 using email for preassesment are still waiting for nomination.... |

I am new member of this forum, and I just recieved my AINP Nominee Certificate today. I was just wondering if someone could list the documents that I need to apply for CIC application. Any help would be highly appreicated.

What is the link between Albertagoverner and Albertacitizen? Also, using abusive language to a rotten system of h1B Visa, its people, its paperwork, its resumes, its CEO's doesn't make anybody good or bad. I understand that you have deepest respect to Nagalinga type CEO's because nagalinga charged you 600$ instead of 2500$ to file your H1B but doesn't establish this fact that they are not "IT ke Badmash" they are and will remain. So what is wrong with that? Abusive language to a rotten system or to a certain ethnic group is the matter of point of view and doesn't. I don't know who this AG is but I will say unless you are also part of that group who abuse the system you should never feel bad. |

People in US have started to hate H1B guys so much that they have started to write poems about them. I saw this poem on Wall Street Journal:

Oh, my ex-job has stolen he!
How I hate that H1-Bee!
And in my anger I sing this ditty
And tell you all my litany!
