Even though you call them they don't answer in specific. They just say "We are receiving large volume of applications, and we are trying to process them as quickly as we can. Please wait for couple of weeks". So i would suggest you to wait for week or so and then try emailing them.

Hello All
I have a question, if it has already been answered before, please provide me the link and I will check it out there.

How is it proved that at the time of your nomination, you are on H1B visa in the USA?
Specifically, has anyone here received his nomination recently? and what was the method/process by which AINP ascertained that the candidate is currently on a H1B Visa in the USA? Did they ask for any additional evidence JUST before sending the nomination? (apart from the regular documents submitted by all the applicants and occasional requests from AINP for additional documents during the processing)

I believe current pay stubs is one way to prove it. This is our guess/understanding. (all applicants)
Does any applicant have any documentary evidence(in terms of any letter/paper from AINP)? how does AINP ascertain it?

Thanks

Guys,
Had  been off the forum for few weeks. I was surprised reading the forum today. NO NOMINATIONS in 2 weeks after that heavy activity on  file number in last week of June.  Looks like AINP is holding tight with nominations and appeasing applicants with file number.  Also in our excel sample more than 90% are NOC 2171 and since it has been dropped I would thin since May there would be considerable reduction in applications.  Hopefully as some one said they might process all the applications that deluged AINP b/w JAn- APr by september.

Yes, your are right. Couple of applicants were asked on phone/email(from alberta) to submit there latest paystub before issuing the Nomination.
For latest updates on Nominations received recently, check the link provided in my signature.

Thanks!

I've helped in such tracking before in other forums as well and know how difficult (and always rewardless!) it can be. Many thanks to you and deveshjaitley for maintaining this spreadsheet and doing a great favor for all of us. Much appreciated!

Hi vsrao,
Can you include an "Elapsed days" column after FileRecdDt? This will show the elapsed days from FileRecdDt till "today". May help some folks like me who are bad at counting days ;-)

Yes you r right
Check to see if the new version is Okay?
