Hi Even I got my file number after 4 months.. If you refer my dates it was more than 4 months. I was also stressed out and called Alberta councilors, they said due to the high volume of applications this may delay.. So, wait don't worry now any time you will get it..

If I remember correct they don't have their file numbers yet. Wondering if anything went wrong with their applications or they are still waiting ???
Any update from these users themselves will definitely be useful to others...hope they are still active in this forum and reading this :)

Hi nag, Could you post your file number (last 4 digits: ??XX), timeline, and NOC? Also, are you applying under New Process?

Hi vsrao, Can you include an "Elapsed days" column after FileRecdDt? This will show the elapsed days from FileRecdDt till "today". May help some folks like me who are bad at counting days ;-) Yes you r right

Hi Folks,
I have applied for AINP under H1B category and my application reached AINP on May 12th 2009. The NOC code I have used is 2174. Though my duties and responsibilities are covered both under 2171 and 2174 I thought it wise to use 2174 since my current designation on the H1B petition matches more closely with those covered by 2174 (Sr. programmer Analyst). In most of the posts on this forum I found that the guys in IT have applied under 2171. Having said that are there any chances of rejection since I have used 2174 as my NOC...?? Any thoughts on this would be appreciated.
Regards Boom Josh
