I applied for Pre-assesment on Dec 3 2008, i didn't hear back from the immigration so i sent email and they replied on me that they sent me the invitation:
An invitation package was sent to your mailing address on January 14th, 2009. Once you receive the invitation package, please follow the instructions to apply for the AINP.  If you don't receive your invitation package by next week, please let us know.

so what should i expect to have in the package?
what kind of forms and paper work do i need to prepare so i can send it back very quick.
please advise.
thank you

Dec 3 - e-mailed pre-assessment docs
Dec 4 - got confirmation e-mail
Jan 22 - got invitation letter (dated Jan 14 - under Unix Sys Admin occupation) and application packet (inside is invitation letter with green label followed with application docs, CIC federal application and instructions about provincial nominee process at CIC stage).
- plan to apply before Feb 1

Out of 9 yrs on H1 I have at least 1 yr in NOC occupation under pressure, and Alberta is not my backup option but THE GOAL. Smiley Smiley

Now, off to notarizing all relevant docs...

guys,

My instructions also say I must be able to check that I am working in an occupation under pressure.
I work with my current employer since feb 2005. I have 3 H1 extensions with them, all three in different titles, but similar/same duties. And I have copies of original H1 letters employer sent to UCIS. Duties fall under 2171

Now, my dilema is: how will Alberta look on all that? During pre-assessment, I wrote up all titles and summarized duties since 05-to date. Some of the duties I perform even today are only mentioned in first H1 letter and they strongly relate to 2171 NOC. In light of all denials people reported, I am concerned they may deny my certification because of that.

My other option is to go to HR and get a copy of original offer letter, somehow I dont have that in my home files...

What would you suggest me to do? Include all H1 letters and send to Alberta? Or get that offer letter and add to the pile....

I hope I dont sound paranoid, but I do want to settle in Alberta.

all sugestions are welcome....

Why do you need to send all the H1 extension?  I believe all they need proof is that you are working in NOC udner pressure for atleast 1 year. ( sometimes too much information if not uniform and aligned can be overload and cause problem. so be careful)

Can you send a reference letter from HR detailing all the experience. I  got one from my HR for GC processing and intend to use a copy of it for AINP.

Can you rationally explain to AINP  why they were 3 titles and how they are similar or even better have HR or your manager explain it for you.

All they want is proof that you worked in NOC under demand for 1 year in the last 4 yrs or something like that.
So as long as you send one H1 petition with same title or job description, I think you will be safe.

Also can you get a client reference letter if you are working with a big reputed client on their letterhead. That carries weight in US GC and I hope it will do the same for AINP.

Offer letter is also good but only if it matches the NOC job description.
