Jovan....great news....all the best for your CIC process

Hi Jasper, You are not going to believe this but I got my nomination today...FINALLY.  After all the wait...I just give God all the glory, because without Him, I do not know how I would have survived this LONG wait.  Especially when others were getting their nominations 2 weeks after document request.  Mine came 2 months after document request and 1 month and 10 days after nomination date.  The nomination envelop was post marked February 8th, 2010.

Here is my information

Yay! Congratulations, Jovan!!! It was a long wait, but I'm sure it was worth waiting. Your nomination news just made my day and I'm happy as if I received my nomination. It is really wonderful to share such great news with all of forum members here. And I haven't submitted my CIC application to Buffalo yet, so our CIC timelines will probably be similar and I'm sure we'll have more good news to share with everyone on the road! Good Luck! (BTW I've already entered your complete timeline on spreadsheet!)

got document require on 16th. asked for pay stub and H-1 visa.

applicated on 4/14/09

file number is 39##

noc is 2112

I have a friend in the similar field also got document require recently. He also applied in early April. I believe PNP begin to process april applicants although slowly. The peak for document request will be April if my guess is right. I am pretty sure that they will try to meet one year deadline. Good Luck to everyone. Hold on there you will see your nomination.

Don't be sure. AINP is notorious for timeline change.

I called Alberta PNP and initially she is reluctant to give the status on my file number. Later she took file number and she said no update on my file, due to overwhelming response processing is slow.Thing is that my H1b was expired Oct'09 and got extension. she advised me to send latest H1 extension copy with latest pay stubs and covering letter mentioning about H1b extension. I am going to mail required papers.

Thanks for all providing Number to contact Albert PNP.

Thanks for this piece of info. I recently had my H1 Visa extended and I sent them a copy of the approval by mail, so your post confirms that I did the right thing. I did not include recent pay stubs though...
My application reached them in mid April last year and my noc code is 2173. No doc request yet, still waiting...

Same here. I applied in April 2009 and still waiting for doc request. My H1b was recently extended and stamped, so I sent them copy of my new visa and new I797 by mail. Hopefully, we'll hear something by next month.

Doc request / Nomination slows down all of a sudden.
Lets hope AINP will speed up the process once Vancouver Olympics is over in a week.
I sent my application on end of April/2009....so looking at the trend I am expecting doc request by end of this month or may be by March. Keeping my finger crossed...
All the best guys !!

Just my doubt. What trend you are looking at?

AINP stopped issuing nomination in June-2009. Actually in June-09 we saw only one nomination.
==2 months sleep==
In august they issued lot of file numbers and stopped.
==2 months sleep==
Nov/Dec-2009 they woke up and sent updated/current doc request. These requests were sent for applications received earlier than 3rd week of March-2009.
In Jan/Feb 2010 we some nomination issued for applicants who received doc request.
Now again they went to sleep.

May after 2 months sleep they will issue doc request in May-2010 for the applications received from last week of March-09 to Apr-09. Again after 2 months of sleep in July-2010 they may issue nomination.

I believe they would once again start issuing file no to April end and May Applicants by the end of april ,
after that they would once again start doc request probably in May and by end of june or early July  Angry they would once again start issuing nominations. Cheesy
