H1B - Alberta PNP File Number / Certificate Timeline

Hello Everyone,
I sent the ReqDoc by Friday 11/20, so probably I will get the certificate by next week.
I would like to ask you guys, is it required to send PCC and FBI report with the initial application to Buffalo? As you know, it takes ages to get these reports.

No, They only ask the current pay stub and some updated info of yourself and after that it will surprise you in the mail.
If you received this email asking your current updates, thats a good sign of nomination.

i have got the nomination letter today. it was sent on Nov 24 and i get it on Oct 4. many thanks to Alberta. As i said, Alberta is fair. One year waiting is worth. Though Alberta changes its timeline many times, but all of you should note that Alberta doesn't need to take the responsibility to accept those workers who are suffered by U.S economics. So i understand why they extend their time line. BTW, i am totally waiting for one year, i submit my application last Dec 2 in 2008. I am lucky since i am still working in my current position, thank god.

did u get email about your nomination or you got postal mail..

or both first email and then actual nomination doc..

Invitation to apply: Jan 17 2009
package sent: March 10
File NO: May 15
Documents requested : November 18
Nominated: December 4
NOC: 2171

File # Received : Aug 4, 2009
Docment Request Date : Nov 18, 2009, then again on 23 Nov 2009 , I was asked which city I intend to reside
Nomination Date is :  24 Nov 2009

And Today Dec 4 2009 I got the most awaited brown packet in mail.

Thanks to all of you for this wonderful forum. in the packet AINP sent...do they tell to you apply to buffalo office.../? or you can apply to New Delhi too ?

They told me to apply at Buffalo office..........!

I think once you apply at Buffalo Office , you can request to transfer you case to New Delhi Office.
But it is not recommended , as I have read so many forums and they discourage  to do so.

Hey Congrats Singh,
Can you tell me what the postal stamp date is .I am tryna figure how long it s taking the mail from AB to US.
I got the same docs request on 18th and I replied them back via e-mail on 19th..But I havent seen any thing since then.
another thing...I got the e-mail from Patricia Flemming, I dont anyone else who got the docs reqst e-mail from this name, ever recived the nomination yet?

Do you think it's OK if i send my application to CIC without the FBI/ PCC certificates and send them after AOR? as you know it takes ages to get those documents ready.
Please advice.
