Does Some body get nomination approval who applied after March 2010 and get the file number on 22nd Octuber 2010.
As 22 months has been passed I think Most people should have the nomination now

I applied on 15th March 2010 requested for pay stub and job description two month ago after sending of change of address form and not heard any after that.

I FINALLY GET MY PPR REQUEST....AFTER BEING REFUSED AND RECONSIDERED......YAHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!! GOOD LUCK GUYS

But Now we have to have wait more than 22 months as AINP processing time line once again rise to 28 months  even they are not accepting h1b category since august 23 2010.
Does someone noticed!!!
I am curious to have a approval.

Please share your thoughts why they rise the time line for this category.

you should receive nomination 2 months ago if you were asked for paystub. maybe your address change is a concern.

My process was file at the same time yours. Here is where my case stands:
             This week, I was contacted by my attorney and asked to provide pay stub, H1B employment letter and currentI-797A form because Alberta requested. I am getting the paperwork together again and honestly I dont know why their are asking for these documents since it was part of the package I submitted when I started my process.

Now, do you know what is the next step and how long it's taking? Someone said in the forum the timeline was raised to 28month. What a joke!!!

Even the time frame for cic is changed to 18 months for buffalo? That's a long time?

hello there,
i got rejection because of ielts score "skilled workers program"
i want to reapply one more time "provincial nomination program"
i heard that there is no way for me but Provincial Nomination and it is the best
i need your help plz
how and when should i start, what the different bet. Provincial Nomination and skilled workers?
what about the processing time? which province is suitable for me?
i applyed as skilled worker as a restaurant manager, and i have some experience in agriculture too because i am agricultural engineer "animal science" according to my studies, is my major accepted and my study??
what about ielts score??? what about fees?? should i pay twice? to the province and to cic application?!!
the most important .. how i get job offer from the employer in canada??

I sent my application along with Nomination by Alberta state under H1B category to centralized intake office Sydney nova scotia office. Its been more than 2 months now and I am still to hear  anything from them. I was under the impression that I should get some file number from them. Did you guys receive any file number after submitting you application to centralized intake office Sydney nova scotia office ?
